I don't know what this sad excuse for a lettuce wrap is but it's not what I normally get and whoever made it should be retrained or fired for serving this.
I am always in the habit of walking into a restaurant with a five-star review in my head. All a restaurant can do is lose them. And trust me you guys lost them today. The restaurant was a mess the food took over 15 minutes to get to me one of the staff had a friend in and he was just munching on fries at the window there while I'm sitting here waiting for my order. When I did get my order the burger and fries were cold. I don't want my money back, I came here once with a friend and it was amazing! I want to bring my kids here so, I want you to fix it. This was a great,clean restaurant once so fix it!
I love Freddy’s but they are not all created equally. This one is the BEST. Management is super attentive and orders come out quick, fresh, and delicious. Honestly if it didn’t make my bank account cry, i’d come here everyday.
