Honestly the food is good and the custards are great, but this has to get a point off for just almost consistently getting our custard order wrong. They aren't complicated orders either, it's the presets that they have on there. I ordered a concrete with key lime pie blended in. I got vanilla, you missed the entire point of the order. Other times I got the brownie one and they just didn't have any brownies in there. So, when you get what you actually ordered it's really good, but just be warned if you're ordering delivery be prepared to not get what you ordered.
Great Steakburgers and shoestring fries are best here but my favorite is chocolate custard brownie is amazing
Got two combo meals with concretes. The concretes were excellent and the service in the drive through was prompt. Wasnt the biggest fan of how squished the burgers were because they got a lot of gristle on the edges. Primarily took a star off for the price. $28 for two people to get fast food. If there was a CookOut anywhere remotely near I would opt for there but enjoyed the meal
