Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Went for lunch around 1:30 on Saturday 8/20/2022. First time at this location in Ellisville. I immediately noticed how filthy dirty the entrance door glass was, the windows had fingerprints all over them, not to mention how terrible dirty the floor & tables were! My wife & I ordered our lunch & went to fill our drinks & there were no lids for cups- ok no big deal right. I went to the ketchup dispenser & it was empty! Our order number was called & I picked up our tray & had to ask an employee to please wipe our table off which she did however I interrupted her conversation with another worker. After our table was cleaned we sat down and we were really underwhelmed with the paper thin double patties ( I’m not kidding they were paper thin! The fries were broken bits & pieces no longer than an inch. I won’t be back to this location ever! Management needs to step it up if they want to stay in business. I’ve been to Freddie’s on Highway K & they were by far much cleaner & better quality foo

Drive through service was super slow but that’s not all. Received the wrong drink with my meal. Initially given Dr. Pepper which was over filled and running down the side. Asked window worker to wipe it off. Took the drink, tasted it, and noticed it was not coke. I gave the drink back only to receive yet another overfilled drink with soda running down the sides. Again had to ask the window worker to wipe it off. Ten minutes later I finally received the bag of food which had no napkins in it. The worst part about it is the prices of the food. This location is extremely expensive. Not sure who comes up with the prices but I’ve noticed it’s not nearly as busy as it was even a few months back. It seems people are noticing the terrible service and overpriced food.

So I ordered 3 combo meals. They went 1/3 on drinks (one we didn’t even get, and another entirely wrong), the fries were well below average (chewy and cold), and the burger was dry and my fiancés was folded in half(????) I never thought that burger king would look so good after going here. Canes is literally next door and I have never had a bad experience there.
