Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We went to Freddy's Sunday afternoon with some friends; and to be honest, I didn't know what to expect. I saw some of the reviews and was semi concerned. But there was nothing to worry about on my part. The food came out hot and quickly. The fries here are better than the onion rings(!), and the cheese curds are even better than the fries! I ordered the California burger and it was decent. Then... DESSERT! If you are on the fence, I had the dirt and worms custard and it was great. I don't think that Freddy's is worth the drive to the Westside from the Northeast, but if I'm already on that side, I would come back.

Got home with my order and wasn't what I was expecting. Burger was just thrown together and my large cheese curds was basically half full. This location is not great. Second time ordering here and same results; subpar service. Going to start driving to Las Cruces when I want freddys.

I am a Freddy's fan and would drive to the east side (couldn't wait for this one to open) to eat when we had the craving. BUT every time we have gone to this location, it has been a disappointment. Missing food (onion rings), cold food (cold chili dog), green Sierra Mist, rude staff (on our first visit), and this time...we got raw bacon and a raw burger. I can eat a medium well steak, but could not gulp the rest of this down. The east side always had super crisp delicious bacon, this seemed microwaved, at best. Can the GM from the east side PLEASE come train and/or supervise this Freddy's Rawburgers location???
