Delicious food but terrible service. They get the wrong order. The cashier is not ready to get order, when i asked if i could order my meal, they replied rudely. We decided to try this place on a Sunday around 3pm. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating; inside and outside. Hubby and I had the California style burgers w/regular fries and chili cheese fries. Burgers were ok, we’ll try without the sauce next time. Chili was gross and watery. The shoe string fries were the best part. Added a star for the friendly service and clean restaurant.
I have never ever received the correct order at the store the first time through the drive-through. Pretty much every time I go there is a long wait even if I’m the only one and they get my order wrong. Today I asked for a caramel sundae and an Oreo cookie with chocolate. Got a chocolate sundae. Then they couldn’t find the Oreo ice cream cookies. Then she handed me a vanilla ice cream cookie and I handed it back explaining I had asked for chocolate. When I finally got my ice cream and cookies they handed me the melted cookie in the picture below because apparently they were no prepared cookies and she made it on the spot. So I got two pieces of frozen Oreo with melted chocolate ice cream (see pic). They are truly ridiculous
