Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

After a very long walk this morning I enjoyed a delicious lunch at Freddie's in Cottleville, Missouri on Mid Rivers Mall Drive. Tina was the kind woman who waited on me. She was polite, friendly and helpful, along with her two young coworkers Chris and Brook. These three lovely folks (and the cook whose name I do not know) made sure I had a memorable experience at their restaurant. I enjoyed the generously sized cheeseburger combo from the kid's menu. The burger was cooked to perfection with crunchy edges, creamy Cheddar cheese and just the right amount of pickle, ketchup and mustard, per my request. The fries were crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. I will be happy to visit this Freddie's again in the future. Thank you!

usually this freddy’s is pretty good, but today was not the case. i ordered a number 3 with everything except no tomato. instead, i got a burger with no lettuce, no onions, and it was missing a patty as well. i don’t know if there was a mess up or what, but i was extremely disappointed with what i received.

Food was great as expected. The cheesy fries were a tad bit too cheesy for me and my family's taste but the burgers and frozen drinks were phenomenally good! I had a chocolate malt and it was great. Almost finished it before I got home, haha. Keep up the great work. Staff members were quick to take orders and were able to make corrections regarding an order miscommunication. The parking lot was clean and well taken care of (pavement is even with little to no potholes. The building is still relatively new so no signs of being outdated. Ordered through the drive thru so unsure of the conditions inside of the restaurant. And as always the food and drinks are a little pricey but always of great quality. Vegetarian options: A veggie burger is offered with a black bean burger. Dietary restrictions: Nutrition and allergy information can be found on the company's website. The information can also be asked for at the restaurant. Parking: Plenty of spots to park. The drive through has two lanes.
