Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The burgers and frozen custard are delicious, but the main thing that stands out to me ever since my first time going to the Catoosa Freddy’s back in 2018 is the unbeatable service from staff and management. That is so rare in the fast food industry! It’s also so nice that the restaurant and bathrooms are so clean. They are bringing hospitality back to life.

Always good burgers I returned here today February 16th I ordered a number 3 and and you can hardly hear the guy I told him diet Dr Pepper I listened to my dashCam and you can't understand him when he says something about the drink so I get up to the window and instead of $9.69 it's $11 something close to $12 so after I get my receipt I look that he upcharged and upgraded my fries and my drink to a large so now my $9.69 meal is almost 12 dollars. It seems kind of tricky that he was able to do that I usually dont go bigger than small.. shouldn't have to check at the window to make sure but it's like instead of asking you for an upsize he just kind of tricks you into saying yes, so be sure and watch them at their window because they're being tricky and dishonest. With every 100 people, it's 80 to 100 bucks+/-. With that being said my fries were cold but my Burger was awesome. They lost 2 stars

Unlike many fast food places, this place rocks! Great burgers, fantastic fries ( and sauce) and a real strawberry shake! No artifical junk.
