Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Food was terrible and cold. I don’t live far from the restaurant, but when I got home the food was cold and the hot dog looked like the second pic. I went back and the crew member Insisted in remaking the hot dog which look like the first pic there are no roller coasters in this area and I’m not a crazy driver so I don’t know my food looked like this. Other than the food quality the customer service was nice. But I went there to eat. I also ordered a burger meal which was stale and cold as well. I would rate this a zero but I can’t

Ended up here as a fall back and I have to say not impressed with the food at all. The customer service was good, the lady working the drive thru was very nice. The shake was tasty but not so much to make up for everything else. The hamburger was just gross from the presentation point when opening the box to the taste. The fries smelled like fish sticks and were not hot. Can say tried it but won't be back.

The restaurant cleanliness left a little to be desired, but it was a busy time of day and they seemed short staffed. The food was decent enough, and the prices didn't seem exorbitant, just high. The atmosphere was of an old school diner, reminiscent of that place that said they sold good meat and frozen milk drinks. Well, they don't have frozen milk drinks here, it's all custard, much smoother and creamier.
