The food is delicious! I'm giving 4 stars based on my previous visit, not the food. When I visited they were out of A LOT (maybe waiting for a truck), no large cups, onions rings, jalapeños, various different sauces etc. So in place of onions rings we ordered the cheese curds along with one of the meals instead of the shoe string fries. Big mistake considering the amount of curds you get is WAY less than the amount of fries you get, not even a handful and the patties were also small this time which was a disappointment. Seemed like a waste of money. Usually this location is on top of things
My most disappointing Freddy’s experience. After placing order( young lady was very nice) went to find a table, all were dirty. Had to get a wet napkin to wipe it off myself. Garbage can was overflowing and was still that way when we left. The drink area was a mess. Burger was fine, fries were fine( they were out of the special sauce ) but my turtle concrete was like a milkshake with pecans in the bottom. I think they need better management and more training for the employees. And sweep the floor and tell employees not to stand in front of order counter and eat their food.
Great taste on the smash burgers! Match box fries were crispy. Food came out fresh and hot. Fun 1950's atmophere.
