I usually come here during the afternoon but wanted to stop and get something this evening. Sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes would not have been so bad but to be handed cold fries was definitely not acceptable.
For 'fast food', it's was really slow service. Drive thru is usually fine. But I went inside on this particular evening, and ended up waiting like 15 minutes for an ice cream sundae and a cone. Idk WHAT their deal was. … More
Where to start, had to wait 5 mins to order from the drive through another 5 in the line just to be handed a pepsi with liquid dripping down the side. I asked where the Dr pepper was and she seemed irritated and said I thought you wanted a Pepsi. I reminded her i ordered a Dr Pepper with my meal, when she asked if I wanted anything else I said a Pepsi. After even more irritation she handed me a Dr Pepper with liquid also dripping down the side. I asked for napkins to clean off the cups she handed me and she was irritated again! Whataburger doesn't do that!
