Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

The restaurant was disgusting and gross. We will never eat in again. We love the food but when you stick to everything you touch and see the light colored tile turning black. There also was nasty dried sauce and grease on the tables. This was in the morning Sunday at 11.30 am so nobody cleaned it Saturday. It says like this all night or for maybe a couple days. If you want to risk it. They do have good food. Thanks again.

1st impression not good. Front entry way was gross. Floor sticky from a dried spill. Not busy at all and dining room is not much better. I understand with covid things change for condiments but at least they could be cleaned or removed. No hair nets or even pulled back while making food. People having issues with food from drive thru. In general i understand glass being dirty with greasy fries n burgers plus ice cream but the dining room was not clean.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I just had the worst experience at any restaurant ever. I will never be returning to this freddy's again, and probably no other freddy's either. I placed a mobile order at 8:00 saying it would be ready by 8:20. We arrived at about 8:20 and when we went inside to get our order the doors were locked. They saw us trying to get in but did not let us in. So we got into our car and drove through the drive through where we waited about 10 minutes at the speaker before someone came on to help us. I notified them that I had a carry out order and that the doors were locked and the responded in a very unprofessional manner. They told me to pull around in the drive through and when i started to go the said and i quote "wait actually go ahead and come pick it up inside someone will go unlock the doors now". So we did, since we already paid for this at 8:00. We went inside and we waited again another 10 minutes before being acknowledged even though they knew we were coming in for a
