Fratellos Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

Honestly, this place was fantastic. I stopped in on a whim, a few hours before I had to go to work. I had zero expectations. My waiter (I believe the son of the owners?) Was delightful and attentive. I didn't want for anything. So, let's get into the food. I was going to order the lunch special lasagna, but the waiter informed me that because I didn't want a salad, perhaps it was best to order the dinner size. Only $2 more, no salad, and a larger serving. So, I did... I swear to God, I almost passed out from satisfaction halfway through the meal. I almost always eat alone, and usually that carries a stigma, but here... It felt normal. The bread was delicious, the tea was good, and even under construction they were timely, professional and clean. I dunno what to rate them, other than 100% perfect

The interior is NYC cool and the food is NYC delicious! I love the graffiti-style artwork throughout the restaurant! Full bar! Penne a la Vodka was so flavorful- omg! My friend got homemade tortellini soup and ricotta stuffed shells smothered in mozzarella and marinara. They have NO GLUTEN OPTIONS!!! Sorry no picts of food. Ate it too fast! Yum!

It’s fine. Service is actually better than the Spartanburg one. The bolognese sauce was ok didn’t get a hint vegetables. Just like the other one way over sauced. Like soup at bottom of plate when noodles r gone.
