I was visiting family and realized I hadn't been by since pre-pandemic. I got a chicken sandwich and knew I had to add their jalapeño poppers. It's been my comfort food since I was a kid. As I pulled up to pay at the window I got a huge smile and a chewy chocolate chip cookie in exchange for my card. I sat, stunned, and when I finally got my card back I found the wherewithal to say, "thank you so much". The gentleman at the window gave me my (DELICIOUS) food and happily waved me off. I learned later from my brother that they started giving a cookie as a small token of gratitude for continuing business with them throughout the pandemic. ❤️

This is the best place in town when it comes to a local burger joint. Period. End of story. Their cheeseburgers? Massive and juicy. Their gyros? Tender and delicious. Their hotdogs? Really tasty. And I DON'T EVEN LIKE hotdogs in general. In the fall, they serve a wonderful pumpkin shake. Otherwise year round, their vanilla shakes are a perfect treat. Paying with cash is recommended. Service is fast and friendly. The classic diner aesthetic is cute. Parking: Lots of space, even outdoor eating for bikers and walkers.
