Fratelli's Italian Grill

Perfect home made food and sauces so good you can drink them. Best Alfredo sauce I've ever had. Great staff. Very friendly and attentive. The rolls and garlic oil they bring out while you wait are superb. Lemon cake...drool worthy. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu.

Our most recent trip to Fratelli's will likely be our last. The rolls came out undercooked. I asked for a fresh set; the waiter kindly took away the undercooked set and offered to bring a new basket. When he returned, though, he informed us "that's how it always is." Having had the bread multiple times, I can definitively state that, while it's usually quite fluffy, golden brown, and soft, it's, uh, fully cooked. This one basket just got pulled early, and that can happen; certainly understandable. But then the waiter brought back our replacement basket-- burned and crispy. It was a pretty petty move by the kitchen that turned us off the whole meal, and honestly, off the establishment as a whole. We have eaten here quite a few times as we go to the jiu jitsu gym nearby and have a dinnertime break between classes. Usually it's quite satisfying, and the staff are always kind to children. Having had this last experience, though, we'll just stick with the other nearby options.

Tried this restaurant for the first time and was served this “focaccia” on the appetizer sampler platter which was a hotdog bun with a tomato slice and Kraft cheese. The owners should be absolutely ashamed serving this mockery of Italian food. The veal Marsala had no flavor and the mussels tasted off as well. The garlic knots were undercooked. Their food resembled something you’d make at 3 am in a microwave after a night of drinking or find untouched in the trash can of a grade school cafeteria, which is probably the skill level of who the owners are paying to make this trash if they are cheap enough to serve hotdog buns as focaccia. Blasphemous I say. The poor hostess was serving as a bartender/hostess/server as well. This is an insult to anyone who knows what actual Italian food is and a complete ripoff. I hope people catch on, obviously you aren’t doing the staff a favor by visiting - only the cheap owners profiting from selling $6 hotdog buns. I didn’t ask for a refund - I d
