Frank's Pizza

Food was good. The staff left something to be desired. As we approached the door the looks of disgust that they had customers approaching were so obvious I wanted to turn around and leave. My guy was really wanting to go there to eat. He’s ate there for many years and was excited to introduce me to the place. It was 30 minutes before the lobby closed so we decided before we went in to order to go. But we also asked when we got in to make sure it was ok to order and the snappy response that the lobby closed in 30 was uncalled for. The staff seems to have forgotten that the front of the building is made of glass and customers can very easily see them. I’ve never felt less welcomed at a place of business I’m my whole life.

Awful, ordered the eggplant and veal parm dinner, asked for no pasta and sub a salad instead, they wouldn’t so I said no problem and just omit the pasta, got my order with about a pound of over cooked penne pasta on top of just a single piece of veal parm, no eggplant at all. I called and told them we didn’t get any eggplant and they sent us an egg plant parm sandwich which we did not want or ask for. Poor quality and service and just an awful place to eat with so many great places elsewhere in the area

This pizza is just amazing. It's delicious everytime! Friendly staff and authentic northern style pizza, phenomenal ingredients and consistently perfectly cooked pizza. Best pizza in Hampton Roads!! Forget Sals, come to Franks!
