Wonderful boutique French restaurant in the Hubbard Woods shopping area on the border of Glencoe and Winnetka. The host and wait staff are impeccably polite and responsive. The food is top notch. Frank & Betsies’ is a wonderful delight! Just the right size for a cozy, tasty dinner. Cocktails and the Wine selection is superb; deserts are a must have. Having eaten here several times, F & B’s had never disappointed.
The indoor dining atmosphere has charm and a quaint French cafe vibe with nice mood lighting. The food however underperformed. Typically French food is played with flavors but the dishes we ordered were fairly one dimensional. The atmosphere was a 4 and the food was a solid 3.
