This order was excellent . . . came just as I asked . . . the pizza was great . . . hot . . . and so so tasty . . . just like always . . . and the Royal sub was one of the best that I have ever had . . . the fries were flavored just right and they were hot . . . delivered on time and very politel . . . The food is fine here, it's the service. During busy times, they take too many orders and then cannot fulfill them when they said they would be done. When the pickup time is 4:20 and the large pizza and 20 wings isn't done until 5:20, that's not reasonable. This is the second time this has happened. Have to be better managed as a business. Don't take orders you can't handle. I know their rep is solid in Buffalo, but look elsewhere. Plenty of locally owned places that will treat you better. There was no apology and no discount offered either.
Francos is one of the best pizza places in Buffalo. I ordered a Large 18 slice pizza with pepperoni and sausage topped with white spice and a large Antipasto Salad for about $42. This fed 3 adults and 4 children. They all love this place.
