I have never ordered from this place and received my food in less and an hour and a half. My boyfriend swears by this place, but after once again a lengthy wait and having received cold food I had to microwave I called to complain. For an hour and a half wait my food should at least not need to be warmed up. The manager hung up on me when I told her I thought she should call people letting them know that they can’t fulfill orders in the time they estimate, we would have canceled our order and ordered else where. This was the last straw for me, we’ll never eat here again.
Lately the food has become inedible; the sweet and sour chicken was so dry you couldn't chew it, and had a similar experience when ordering pork fried rice. Really hope it improves because it used to be good stuff.
Called in my order and it was ready in less than an hour! Good food too
