Formerly Adega - Now The Centro!

Adega is lovely spot in the Metro 9 hotel. Centrally located, upscale atmosphere and decor with a couple other unique bars on site. We had the octopus app, along with a couple cocktails. Drinks are pricey as expected but the ambiance is worth it. Our mains were short rib and brick chicken. The short rib was excellent; the chicken was dry, and tough to eat. The best part? The Director of restaurants Brian Monaghan was exceptionally responsive in resolving things for us. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in until we left. The drinks were amazing, the appetizers came out fast and were delish.
