Must Try Dishes
At Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Portland, Oregon, you certainly need to try the Picanha, which is a prime cut of top sirloin that's been expertly seasoned and fire-roasted to mouth-watering perfection. Don't miss the Costela, a tender, succulent beef rib that melts in your mouth, and the Cordeiro, which is a delicious lamb chop. At the market table, you'll find an impressive spread of delicacies, but the feijoada, a traditional black bean stew, and the marinated artichokes are real standouts.

As usual, Fogo de Chao seated our expectations. The food was even better than I remembered it being last time, if that's even possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a slow food dining experience at the highest quality service and amazing meets an additional dishes provided during your entire meal. The market table is not to be missed. It is a prelude of great things to come.
We used the gift card from our son and went to dinner tonight for the first time at Fogo de Chão to celebrate both our anniversary and hubby's birthday. It was amazing! The food was awesome, fresh and flavorful. Wine was perfect and sweet. Meat was cooked to perfection and in abundance, hubby got his fill of Lamb tonight. Pineapple mint lemonade was amazing! And don't get us started on the desserts.
Came for my birthday dinner, I've been a long time frequent diner with fogo at several locations around the US. This one was probably the poorest experience I've ever had. That being said, in comparison to other restaurants i would compare it as average. Service: Front desk, professional and greeted as we came in. Entire party must be present before sitting. Table service, Okay, they seemed a bit short staffed, forgetful of extra orders of beer and beverages we ordered. When I ordered a bottle of Justin Isoceles, never got a taste of it before she started pouring and filling up all the glasses for me and the other two guests in our party. I would suggest to train staff to pour half pours, and top off as the dinner progresses, not everyone likes to drink a full glass of wine. Manager touched the table several times throughout. Gaucho service was good. They seemed stressed out, we had a party of 13 so we would clean out the gaucho hitting our table by the time he got through half the tab
