Flyers Pizza Blacklick

Called in a carry out order, showed up 20 minutes later to staff telling me they just gave my pizza to someone else. I would need to wait for a new one to be made. They did nothing to make up for it, because they didn't really care. Too much good pizza around here to waste time on this entitlement.

We order a pizza from this Flyers location at least 1x per week and it’s consistently great! Accurate delivery times and it’s always a good temperature. Their bomber is amazing, which is the left side of the pizza in this pic. Recently, our order was about 15 minutes late, which is understandable on a busy night. The pizza was still hot and the delivery driver apologized for the delay. A few days later we received a $5 gift certificate with an apology letter for the late delivery from management. Pretty amazing to see that kind of customer service! Thank you!

I had to repeat myself over 5 times that I wanted 1/2 bomber & pepperoni w/ pineapples on top. I told him my name was Princess I didn’t even provide my last name he put in the computer “ Black” as my last name. Not only are they slow and idiots but ignorant. My last name is not Black. I will never buy from them again, it’s like their customer service gets worst and worst. The lady front felt entitled to my contact info the way she asked me. I told her NO, never will I ever order from them. Just to think I was going to repost their Pizza to my social media. NOPE! No free promo. Do not buy from them.
