If you’re looking for great BBQ and extremely generous portions you MUST try Flossie’s! I cannot lie to you!!! The chef is very kind and inviting and did I mention the food? My Lordt!

The owner and employee are friendly and helpful with choosing off the menu. Now to the food, the brisket was really moist not to smoky, just right and flavorful. The FULL LINK was also juicy and flavorful, the ribs where on point not tough or falling apart. They have spare ribs which are the best , everyone offers the St Louis cut now which means they cut the fatty piece on the end off that’s full of flavor. Potato salad is really good , beans where ok. Bbq sauce had a good flavor , not overpowering the meat. We’re going back this weekend.
