Florentine Ristorante/Sportsbar Grandville

Not impressed. Maybe we picked a bad night, I don't know. But I think I had the worst bowl of alfredo I've ever had in my life today. The sauce was curdled and lumpy, there was almost no flavor to it, and the pasta was tough. Even the garlic bread was sub par. How do you make garlic bread bad?? Man. I don't know... I'm upset I paid as much as I did for a really unsatisfying dinner. Our servers were friendly, but while one was new, the trainer was so focused on training that customer service was neglected. I had to ask for our drinks, napkins, and for salt and pepper for the table. Probably won't be back.

I have lived in the grand rapids area all my life and have never visited Florentines. Josh our server was on point, he did an amazing job, food was excellent, with generous portions, along with large beverages. We Will definitely be going back!

Excellent food. Appreciated authentic Italian recipes made by the Chef/Owner. Personally visited our table to find alternate ingredients due to food sensitivities. Much appreciated! Dietary restrictions: Found a cheese substitution and created a dish with fresh herbs
