Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

I had a reservation at 9:30pm at Fleming’s yesterday to celebrate my job promotion as well as my cousin birthday. I ordered a ribeye steak with jumbo lump crab meat for toppings. I notice when the waiter had brought my food my steak was a little thick than a normal ribeye. As I took a couple bites I realize that what I was eating a pork chop. To inform you I do not eat pork at all! The waiter was consisted and convinced that I had a ribeye but it was a pork chop! I’m believe that it was so late at night that they did not want to remake my steak. They were so adamant that this was a steak. I know different restaurants have different vendors and I trusted their word. And now this morning I am paying for it. Been feeling sick all morning! Whoever was the chef last night needs to go back in training. I am highly upset that I was charge a ribeye price when I actuality I got a pork chop! steak48 would never!

The main takeaway from this review:. You will enjoy your dining experience at Flemings. 1. The restaurant is nice. It's subtle, not the nicest steakhouse in the area but not the worst. 2. The waitstaff is exceptional. They were kind, very professional, and they got our food out to us in a reasonable time. 3. The food was very good. I really enjoyed the crab cakes and the lobster macaroni was tasty too. I was a bit disappointed in the presentation. As you can see from the photos, it had no wow factor. Normally that would be fine but when you are paying $200+ for a meal you want it to really feel special. 4. We enjoyed our visit here but we are not in a rush to come back. The price did not match the experience. I want to reiterate that Flemings is a great restaurant and you should give it a try. It just didn't meet my expectations.
