I don't know if we caught them between the lunch and dinner rush but it seemed a little off. We had the fries with cheese and bacon. This seemed like it could be good if the cheese was melted. The burger was just ok nothing special. The Nottingham chicken sandwich had really good BBQ sauce but the rest was just bleh. Star of the show was the wings, they were a different flavor then any we have tried. With all the amazing food in Nashville they could try harder. However our waitress was very friendly and inviting.

Cool little pub underground in Printers Alley with a British Flair. Went here for a beer before dinner with my cousin and I loved it. Cool atmosphere, speckled hen on tap and great music on the sound system. Good, attentive service and fun decor. Here’s the breakdown: Old Speckled Hen on tap, cool vibe and a place to hang with family before dinner +5 stars. They’ve got food here but we had reservations elsewhere. I’d come back to try food too!

Best meal we had in Nashville during our stay. Ian was exceptional and was quick with our drinks and food order. Bangers and mash were exceptional and shepherds pue was very good. Mini braxton beef and dumpling stew was amazing. If you are looking for a savory meal different from southern down home cooking but with an English flare this a perfect spot to try. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Was the highlight of our trip.
