Flavor Brunch & Bar

I haven't been to Flavors in years and decided to go because I remembered the food being delicious. Unfortunately that wasn't the case this time. When I entered I was welcomed but when I started to ask questions thats when things changed. I asked about a take out menu, I was told I had to go online. I asked if their was a menu I could view in person, I was told its on the wall, then she left. A server came to take my order and I noticed I was overcharged. I had to wait until the manager was out of a meeting to get my refund . I ordered the cajun chicken wings dinner. The chicken was crunchy but flavorless. No seasoning. The greens were full of large stems and the mac & cheese was overcooked macaroni with some kind of non homemade cheese sauce with shredded cheese on top. Wont be going back. Couldn't even make the dinner taste better with hot sauce. Waste of money. Was only able to eat 2 wings cause I was really hungry.

This was the first time coming to this restaurant. We had a 30 minute wait, I was hoping the food was worth it. We received a text message letting us know our table was ready, we got to our seat and place our order. The food came out pretty quick, and looked good. We ordered: appetizer: Fried Green Tomatoes - Main dish: Catfish, greens and Mac ( this was the sides that came with it). No seasoning on the Fried Green Tomatoes, Greens had a LOT of large stems, and the Mac & Cheese was over cooked. Then, to top it off the pop/soda was a small Mason jar with NO refills.

The food was cooked at a perfect texture. The host up front was so quick and didn't have a issue with giving me enough syrups and condiments so that I can fully enjoy my portions. I will be coming back.
