Flappy Jack's Pancake House

My friend recommended this place. We were in the area and stopped by for breakfast. The place has a Route 66 motif that was kinda fun, but can probably use a refresh. Big menu with lots of options. Waitress was very helpful in helping us decide. Service was attentive and the food was yummy. No wonder it’s so popular. Can’t wait to come back!

Hi, we just had breakfast and everything was delicious! Dylan was super nice and attentive. When we arrived they had a wait going on outside and then we put our name on the wait-list, we were called and taken to the table. When we got to the table our hostess brought us the coffee we ordered with her and had a short wait for our server(be patient with the staff) once we ordered the food came out super quick and was perfect. I tried the Athenian skillet with gyros it is hearty and a good portion I even had left overs, it came with pancakes but I gave those to my husband and I ordered a waffle with bananas and nuts. My husband has the country fried steak and he had had it before so I guess you can say it's a favorite. The sides he got was tomatoes and toast and the tomatoes were so big and ripe. Overall a great visit like always. Thank you.

I rarely give out five stars and Flappy Jack's just earned. Very good service. I never had to ask for a refill on my coffee, extra napkins were there when needed and our waitress was as sweet as she could be. The skillets and pancakes were not only huge portions but extremely good. The home made hot sauce was very flavorful and gave the skillet a kick. There is a reason the wait can be 2 hours to get a seat on the weekends. Go before 8:30 during the week and you are seated in no time. Outdoor seating is available as well.
