Every time I order from this location, they NEVER read the notes! Ever! I ask for something to be omitted or for hot sauce and utensils and they NEVER provide my request!
We loved this restaurant! The food was fabulous! We ordered 2 plates of falafel with salad, pita bread and French fries, everything was fresh and savory! The falafels were the best, not burnt and easy to eat, could actually cut it with a fork, no knife needed, the fries were hot and savory, not salty, and the salad had a wonderful olive oil and vinaigrette dressing! Overall, the plates were large and plenty to eat, won’t go hungry here!
The food is usually good here but not worth a cracked tooth. Huge rock in the salad that damaged my molar. When I called to let them know they said there was nothing they could do, except to let the cook know. Messaged customer service through the website of this chain and they still haven’t contacted me.
