Flame ‘N Freeze

Been coming here for a long time, and I’ve never been disappointed in the service I’ve received. Until now. I went through the drive-thru and young lady was very rude (I believe she said her name was Destiny)- closing the window when I was requesting an item. Had a burrito missing so got back in the drive- thru, waiting a long time. When I informed the, again, rude young lady that we were missing an item she asked for the whole bag and then gave the bag back and said “They will give you a burrito.”By this time all the food was cold so I asked for all fresh food. However, what I got was refried food. I worked in fast food for a long time, and I know what refried food tastes like. Again, very disappointing. I called and asked to speak to a manager and Lola spoke with me. She stated she would give my number to the manager and have someone call me. That never happened. Which is why I’m posting this here.

The fried wings were burnt and they gave me unsweetened tea when i asked for a sweet tea i also ordered a 6 piece fish strip and i got a 3 piece i was still charged for a 6 piece.

Never disappoints !!!Everything is pretty good here my favorite is the cheese curds.burgers are great and the pastrami is pretty good too.mini burrito is good and fries are good as well. Shakes and ice cream cones are good too . All in all you can't go wrong at flame and freeze !!! Update 7-23-2021 another delicious day at flame and freeze great food great service!
