First time at the chain. Had the angus beef bowl. Genuinely mediocre food especially for the price. 12 bucks (added avocado) for very bland food. The 5 star and 4 star reviews have no idea what they are talking about.
A bit out of the way in a small strip mall area, but a very well run restaurant. They appropriately enforce the current coronavirus precautions. Their cashier only manages the front table, and their cook manages everything else. Very friendly service. I've been to a number of restaurants where the cashier ends up touching the food, too, without hand washing before.
Have been to multiple Flamebroilers and this one is pretty consistent. When I can it was pretty quiet and empty, but my food was still cooked fresh and prepared pretty quickly.
