Ordered with them through Grubhub. When the food got here my burger and hotdog were very dry and plain. None of my toppings were added to either of them which I had ordered on them and was visibly on the receipt. When I called to explain staff was very unhelpful. Never again.

Great service, excellent food as usual, and the store was really clean. The drive in appears to only be for pre-ordered food (online) so doing an order for pick up might be the fastest way to get your meal unless you want to eat in the dining area. We ate in the dining area and it wasn’t too crowded. The was one minor issue with the soda machine which the manager fixed right away. I was most impressed by the customer service because not only was the manager and staff responsive, but they also seemed happy to be working there. Made for a nice experience.

Last month I ordered from this place and my burgers came with hair, after emailing the store they agreed to give me my money back and offered to remake my order, I replied of course, after a few more days waiting for a response they told me they investigated and realized someone did not follow protocol and they invited me to the restaurant one more time to redo my order and better my experience which I agreed to do via email for the second time, since then 10-4 I’m still waiting on a response from them saying when would be a good time for me to go get my money back and the burgers they offered, at this point my money back would be great
