The young men working behind the counter were polite and courteous. However, everything else about this experience was... Gross. For a single patty cheese burger with free toppings, a small fry, and regular drink it is over $17.00. This is the same ballpark of price I would expect from a restaurant... With waiters, Clean tables, Dry floors... Any of the things I did not see today. When an establishment has 5-6 people behind the counter and less than 5 tables being used, the dining area should be clean. The floors were sticky, the tables still had trash and crumbs on them, and the bucket to collect dripping water is not doing it's job. I don't blame the clearly teenage kids behind the counter. But I do question where management is. And if this is considered correct for your establishment... I'll take my $20 elsewhere.

I been in Tulsa for about 2 weeks to make a long a long story short wanted a good juicy burger went to 5 guys. mistake!!!! food was under seasoned french fries were old and cold shake was watery spent $25 for a burger fry and a shake for one person will never go back will be going to What A Burger until I get back home!!!!!!
