Five Guys

I LOVE Five Guys burgers in general but this store is not my favorite. The burgers are sometimes overcooked and last time I ordered it with A1 Sauce and there was just a few drops so the burger was overcooked and extremely dry. I know it's pricey for a little burger but they are usually so good I'm willing to splurge. At this location I am usually disappointed. Customer service is "ok". The employees aren't really overly or underly friendly. The place is usually nice and clean. I don't think I'll be going back to this location simply because they don't seem to care very much about the product they are delivering to the customer.

We were warmly greeted as we entered, and our service was prompt, food reasonably priced, and very tasty to boot! A winner for sure. We opted to sit in the dining room, which was clean and bright as, outdoor options were chairs only, no tables. We'll return when the craving for juicy, made to order burgers returns! Recommend.

I don’t like to leave negative remarks, so I’ll be kind. The first time I tried 5 Guys was in Savannah, Georgia. My friend took me there and we ordered a little burger and could hardly finish it because of the big thick patty. It was really good. I took my husband there yesterday because we were both hungry for a burger and he had never been. We ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers, 1 hotdog (we had to try one while there) regular fries and he got a drink. It was $42. Ok, times are a changing. So, we get our food and the patty was so small that I actually had just bun with a couple of bites. The hotdog was good, but the bun was cold and too big. The fries were generous and really good. So, the prices went way up, but the burger got way smaller. I was disappointed and I know my hubby won’t go back he’s a 2 for one guy (first and last). The burgers did have good flavor, I’ll give them that. Sorry 5 Guys :(
