Ordered for pickup. When I got there, I was informed that they were out of hot dog buns so they could either put the hot dog in an aluminum foil bowl or on a HAMBURGER bun. Didn’t try to compensate me or anything. I asked for a drink as compensation, this dude proceeded to give me a water cup. Then the damn drinks were nasty! Kept getting worse. Got the BLT, the bacon was hard and tasted burnt. Too much mayo as if ordered a mayo sandwich. The worst 5 Guys experience I’ve ever had. Makes me not want to patronize any of them anymore.
Ordered from this 5 guys through doordash and the bacon cheeseburger had no bacon on it. Also ordered a large fry, and as we all know it's not cheap.. there weren't enough fries to even make up a large. $51 order and wasn't worth it
All you'd expect from a Five Guys, but the staff are super friendly!
