Five Guys

GLUTEN ALLERGY OR CELIAC FOLKS BEWARE!!! If this rating was based only on Service - would get negative stars. After multiple under the breath comments about my order being Allergy - I asked the staff person if he was making fun of the allergy. He said “ yeah, I told him (person preparing burger) to change your gloves because she is watching you like a Hawk.” I proceeded to point out that I was watching to make sure my order was SAFE and I would not get sick. After that the he said “You can come back here and make it yourself.” Low and behold the person preparing the burger put the lettuce directly on the surface where the bun had been. I asked to start over and put foil down and change gloves. Begrudging they did it - but I shouldn’t have had to ask and they should have been respectful. Train your staff about cross contact!!! Single star because the burger was actually decent.

This is the third time within a month that I’ve eaten at that five guys burgers, and shortly after that became very sick. I don’t think they cook their burgers all the way through, you have too many people working in that kitchen, and he never seem to get my order right! I’m done with this location, and probably five guys all together. There’s something wrong with this location, I believe the food is tainted.

Had the worst hamburger! Just asking? Have they changed their receipe? Not the same and trust me I've dined there many times. The fries are still great, their shakes are still great, but dry and tasteless burger,and dried out bun. Will not go back.
