Five Guys

This place does not check people receipt when they call the order number. My order was picked by someone else, i was sitting their for 30 minutes waiting. The lady was snobby and has attitude, not willing to accept her mistake. Though she gave me my order. I have been in many many Five Guys and their staff check people order number before giving away the food. This place does not do this. Whoever is the owner of this place, please note this to avoid customer awkward situations like this.

Really delicious. I can't eat gluten so I got a lettuce wrap (which apparently is a thing) and it tasted delicious. I was in a party of 14 and our food took less than 10 minutes to come out. Chef's kiss Dietary restrictions: Amazing, although the lettuce did come off kinda easy of my wrap. I don't know how this would be fixed though

Stopped here for lunch on the way back to Jacksonville. The staff was very friendly & polite upon entering the establishment. We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, a large cajun fry, & two drinks. The burgers were delicious & cooked perfectly. The Cajun fries we ordered however were OVERLY seasoned. We tried to eat them but they had sooo much seasoning on them that all it tasted like was salt. After about 10-15 fries it felt like my taste buds in my tongue were numb. Would definitely visit again but will certainly either ask for lite seasoning or none at all.
