Had a pickup order over the weekend and the whole burger was soggy as if they poured water or something on it. usually a pickup is a little soggy from the heat and being closed in aluminum, this level of soggy was dripping excessive levels. It was so disgusting I threw the burger out without taking a single bite... I don't think I'm ever going back.
Re heated fries floor n tables dirty,no ketchup in two dispensers with 7 people behind the counter and no regular coke
Fast service friendly employees and always great food not to mention they are open during this tragic time, thank you five guys if it wasn't for you being open tonight I would not have been able to feed my disabled mother that relies on me you guys are amazing keep up the great work!!!!
