Went to the store in Deerfield beach, staff not friendly at all, they all seem like they hate to be there. Ordered a cheese burger and a chocolate shake. Burger is not better than Mc Donald’s. They forgot to make the shake, so after finishing the burger I went back and asked about by shake, they finally made it, but again not any better than Mac Donald’s….I honestly don’t understand how this dump is still open…. Overpriced McDonalds
Placed an order here through an online service when it said the timing would be 15-30 minutes. 48 minutes after the order was placed Five Guys canceled the order. I can understand if it’s canceled within the first 10-15 minutes, but Totally unreliable with how long they say orders will take.
Fun inviting atmosphere. The burger and fries were amazing!!! It was my first time eating at a five Guys. Amanda greeted me as I came in and kindly went over the menu with me. While I was dinning I could hear her motivating the staff and cheering them on. Great place for dine-in or carry out. I will definitely be back
