All that matters is if one wants the best fries in buffalo, this is the place. You will not regret it and it might become your new craving. Also, their bacon cheeseburger is good too (but nothing special as I had better ones).
Fours years ago this was a great place. Great burgers. Friendly staff! In 2022, this Five Guys is the worst. Very unfriendly staff, not the best burgers not the worst burgers. But definitely nothing I would return for. Soda machines had no ice, and the soda was flat. Cashier was rude, if not completely angry. The manager was similarly rude and barely reponsive. She insisted the machines were new and work. FIVE GUYS CORPORATE this franchise is underperforming and tarnishing your brand. This location needs new management.
