Five Guys

The workers were kind, but my order was super wrong. Went for pickup since they were closing in 30 minutes. We were traveling thru BA. They messed up the first burger and I hadn't even had Time to check mine, I had to take the first one in to be fixed. When I came out the car, I realized mine was also wrong. I don't know how that happened, the gentleman on the phone read the order back to us, and it was fine. The soda machines had no soda options available. We got water. No clue why somebody should pay 30+ dollars for a meal that was made incorrectly from beginning and end. Fries were old, POS SYSTEM was down you couldn't pay with anything but cash. Worst experience I've ever had with five guys, which says a lot, I always ate five Guys when I was recovering from medical treatment in 2019-2021.

Seriously the staff here are some of the best I’ve ever met. Super friendly, very nice and definitely pride themselves on customer experience. The manager here is fantastic as well and definitely sets a high bar for how all 5 guys restaurants should be ran. The food is great but honestly if you haven’t tried 5 guys yet you really should to experience it once at least!

The burgers are good. The fries are good. (We got the Cajun fries). The service was good. They offer lettuce wrapped burgers if you need a gluten free option, and the Cajun fries are also gluten free.
