Five Guys

Place an online order that's "ready in 6 minutes", arrive at store and check-in at front and on app, then had to wait 45 minutes for my food.. ppl who literally arrived 20 minutes after me with the same orders for their food before me. After bringing this up with a worker I'm given a free $3 milkshake.... Really love paying extremely over priced rates then waiting an hour for something that should take 10 minutes. Complete joke of an establishment

The prices are no longer worth it. We got 1 burger, 1 lil burger, grilled cheese, and large fry for $30+. The grilled cheese alone was $6+. The large fries are no longer are good to feed a group of 4-6 people like they used to say when you ordered them. A large fry is barely enough for 2 people now. I understand cutbacks and inflation - but the prices and proportions are just insane compared to what they used to be 2 years ago.

If you want fresh fries order Cajun Fries. The rest of this place is the same as any other Five Guys. The burgers are really good. The cost is high, but high quality. Milkshakes are really good if want one. This place has grown over the years. Now, it is close to brunch places and a Top Golf. Stop here before or after golfing to save a few bucks on food. It is also close to a BJ's at which case this place has expensive burgers. Overall, I do like this place and its quality burgers.
