Five Guys is always a home run! I ordered from Uber Eats and it was hot, fresh, and perfect. Yes, they have raised their prices slightly, but you always get what you pay for, and I am more than willing to pay for Five Guys. I've enjoyed Five Guys all over the country for the past 15 years, and have never had anything but an excellent experience.
Was ignored for like 10 to 15 minutes even though they weren't very busy. There were maybe 3 other people. Those 3 other people had already been helped. All I'm saying is, a simple "we will be right with you" would have been nice. Service : 1/5 … More
They refused to refund me for the item they messed up on my delivery order. They tried to make me drive to pick up a replacement even though I paid for delivery. The manger refused to take my phone call and the employee eventually hung up on me. What a trash business.
