Five Guys

I'm not typically one to leave bad reviews but I've given this location too many chances. Every time I have ordered for pick up I've had to wait inside for at least 15 minutes and often longer, even when I wait a half hour or so after ordering, and you're always crammed in with ten or so other people also waiting on pickup orders. When you finally get your food the burger is cold and hastily thrown together, I've gotten ones with the toppings almost completely off the burger. I kept going back thinking they were just busy and eventually I'd catch them on a good day, but nope. Last time I went to this location I got the worst food poisoning in my recent memory. It sucks because I love five guys and this is the only location that's convenient for me to go to... But I'm still never going back here.

10 mins before my delivery was to arrive from this location it was cancelled by the store. My card was still charged and when I logged in to my account it was showed the order marked "DELIVERED". If you order thru the Five Guys website double check your CC!

In my travels I've enjoyed many 5 guys burgers and fries. Sadly today I had my worst burger and it wasn't close. I might come back and try again but truly it was so poorly made that if I do come back, it won't be anytime soon
