I ordered two burgers and two milkshakes from doordash, both milkshakes came completely melted (not the restaurant's fault) and came over 30 minutes late (not the restaurant's fault either). I took my first bite of the burger and immediately felt a hair in my mouth. I am grossed out. I called the restaurant and they seemed to not really care and told me to just call doordash in the most monotone voice i've ever heard. I was a restaurant manager and i know how food service is. It's not great work but the least you can do is act personable.
Stopped here for dinner. 100% impressed by this...I ordered my burger with no bun, they asked if for preference or allergy, I said Allergy. They yelled back to the line...allergy in house. my husband watched them, before they prepared my burger they cleared the prep counter, fully wiped it down, put paper down and changed their gloves. This is awesome and more places need to follow this practice. Great job 5 Guys
The food was great and so was the staff. I definitely recommend it to anyone.
