The person at the counter is supposed to be a person with customer service skills. I have been in hospitality for over 35 years now and I typically tip, complement and/or give praise when I encounter a person that deserve it. Today my blood boiled watching and experiencing this woman's engagement and the way she spoke to people. Please train you Team Members to run your business not run off your business.
I always get the orange roughy which is cooked very well. My husband always get the whole catfish and he said they cook it to perfection. We go inside to order just so there is no hassle due to seeing a lot of reviews about them not answering the phone.
I did not get a picture of my food because I ate it too fast! The food was A-1. I had fish, mac&cheese, potato salad, and lemon cake! It was delectable. 10/10, I do recommend.
