First Watch

Excellent service from door to seat, my waitress chevon was on point with my food order since I don’t eat meat. I am so pleased and this is my 3rd time to First Watch but this time was exceptional. I will definitely be back make sure to use the online wait list because it will be crowded on the weekends. #wearewelcomed

Prompt friendly service with delicious food. I often get the BLT Eggs Benedict which never disappoints. The grits were a little heavy, but all the other dishes we ordered were very tasty. Dietary restrictions: Staff are great about making substitutions to accommodate allergies.

On 8/18/2022 my son and went to First Watch restaurant in Kirkwood, Mo. I used the restroom and they was feces all over the seat and entire stall. I went and advise the manager and he said “oh somebody’s already told me that a couple times.” We received our food. I purchased the morning market veggie omelette there was nothing in it only egg and egg with nothing whatsoever inside. I mention that to the waitress she did not seem to care my utensils had food from prior customers on it she did give me new utensils. Then when I was leaving and checking out at the register the manager asked me how was your meal. I try to explain to him that there was nothing but eggs ???? in my should be omelette. When he asked me that question he immediately turned around and started speaking to another employee and did not listen to me one time. Very rude and unprofessional and when I left there an hour later and I use the restroom once again before I left there were still stool and feces all over
