Firehouse Subs Millcreek

Just ate here while on a trip, friendly service and good food. The wait did take a few minutes but it wasn't bad at all and i had a good experience overall.

Ordering went fine. There were 2 people in front of us waiting for their food. The three employees worked on their orders and then just appeared to be standing around. After about 10 minutes of waiting, one worker asked another where her large turkey bacon ranch was (our sandwich) and they searched their machines only to discover they had never started it. They finally began making it and we got our sandwich without even an apology or offer to make our visit better somehow. When we opened it to eat we discovered it was on the wrong bread and they never gave us our pickle. The sandwich still tasted good, but it was very disappointing especially after the long unnecessary wait.
