Will not be returning, which is sad since they have really good sandwiches. Not worth the wait. Normally about a 10 minute wait. This last time I waited for 30 minutes total for a hook and ladder and two kids subs with turkey and salami, which they left off the salami that was additional charge. When it was done they tried to give it to the wrong person. They lost the order slip along with the one behind mine. After 2 people who were after us were called we went up and informed them. Did they rush the order? Nope took their sweet time over 10 minutes. Were they busy nope? A few people were standing around. Poorly run and managed.
Hardest place to find ever. When directions were pulled from the Firehouse subs app it brought me to Wendy's. Food is absolutely fantastic once you get there. Best dern subs around. Mmm, I want it now that I'm thinking about it.
The humble but hard working Mexican staff are bilingual in English and Spanish. Expect prompt service and a clean in store dinning experience.
