Firehouse Subs Hallandale Beach

Horrible!!! I love Firehouse but this location needs help. I ordered 3 subs and all three were wrong. The bacon ranch turkey had no ranch sauce just DRY and the spicy cajun chicken. Had no jalapenos. How is it supposed to be a Spicy sub but with no spice

Two young gals working. Super busy during lunch hours. They did a great job getting the sandwiches made and responding to complaints from customers due to what may be a longer-than-usual wait time. I thanked the gals for the delicious sandwich and told them they were doing great! Both of them responded with gratitude for the well-deserved validation, one of them said she was glad I liked the sandwich, and that it was made with love. Awe.

First time visiting this firehouse, very good impression with my overall experience. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very respectful and friendly. The menu is very easy to understand and there are many choices. I ordered the medium Italian sub to go and I was pleasantly surprised with my order. The bread was soft and the ingredients tasted fresh. The packing is great and I had a pickle on the side. I will definitely return in the near future to try more subs!!
