Firehouse Subs Brown Deer Marketplace

Haven't been to a Firehouse subs in a few years but remember enjoying them. Stopped in today for a New York Steamer sub and honestly it wasn't all that great. The sandwich was put together sloppily and the meat wasn't even warm. The uncooked fat on the corned beef was pretty heavy and if I wasn't super hungry I doubt I would have finished the sub. I was concerned that the quality of food would go down after Restaurant Brands International bought Firehouse last year but I didn't think it would be this fast. ????

After a long day at work, I was hungry and stopped by to get a couple subs for me and the family. Your hours are posted open until 9, so when I walk in at 8:25, imagine my disappointment when I'm told 'sorry, our steamers are already shut down, you can't get a hot sandwich'. Seriously....Extremely disappointed.

Ordered the roast beef sub and it was great! Ordered the Turkey with no mustard and it had mustard!!! They forgot my pickle too!!! I ordered chili and it was disgusting! Looked like dog food! IF I order again it’ll ONLY be the roast beef sub! Not going to waste my money on anything else!!!
